The project consists of 9-rehab building (696 T/s) and 1 sale building (Gr. + 7). The rehab tenements are completed and allotted to the PAP’s of RailwaysThe sale building has 191 residential flats I BHK/2 BHK and 46 shops. SPPL has sold out these flats and shops within shortest possible time and received the consideration in 3-4 months.The buyers are very much elated with SPPL’s system of working.
